Hello, I am William Boss. I am in plastic surgery. I have been here for 25 years and welcome to our website. My cosmetic practice specializes in all aspects of cosmetic surgery from the facial cosmetic surgery to the body recontouring surgery to surgery after massive weight loss to breast surgery, including reconstructive breast surgery for that matter, so we do all the different aspects of cosmetic plastic surgery. Cosmetic surgery is a very rewarding type of surgery for me as a physician. To see a patient that comes to the office looking tired, but yet having energy, thus coming to me looking sad, but yet are happy, and when we can change the configuration of their face or their body that shows their inner self and they come back smiling and happy and saying that people are noticing the difference in them is extremely rewarding for me. It is one of the great satisfactions I get out of practice.
