It is possible I prefer to perform my surgeries right here in the office under local. We have a small operating room here in the office to accommodate the patient's privacy and to make it convenient for them. After the procedure is done, since it is done under local anesthesia, they are free to go home. I would prefer them and request that they have some family member or a friend take them from the facility afterwards, but it is our goal to perform the least invasive procedures that can be done under local anesthesia and avoid general anesthesia and hospital stays.
