We have a staff of about six people in the practice, which include an esthetician, who is able to do non-invasive skin care treatments, including photofacials, to maintain the quality of the results that we have. We have RNs, LPNs, and medical technologists, so as to provide the expertise from working with me in the OR, to taking care of medical issues and helping us follow and monitor the patients closely with the highest quality of care. I am very fortunate to have a great staff. They have been with me for quite a long time, many of them over 10 years. The staff is deeply concerned about the patients and their well-being. Often times, my staff when they are off on a day off, they will call in to be sure things are going well and there is good communication and continuity of care for the patients.
